I’ve been where you are. I owned a consulting company that required me to wear a pager at night in order to respond to overseas client issues at 2am.

For 30 years, I’ve been building companies and consulting to small firms and Fortune 500 companies.

I founded 4 professional services firms and a SaaS company and I’ve had 2 successful exits. 

I was successful, but at a high cost.

How I work.

I believe strongly in working at both the individual and the team levels. I work one-on-one with my founder/CEO clients and with their leadership team members. I also work with the team together to develop a culture of trust, open communication and real-time feedback.

Sometimes, we reimagine the company together, creating an exciting vision and shared purpose that serve as the fuel to keep the team motivated and aligned as they work together to reach greater heights in an environment that values everyone on the team.

I work with everyone on the team to become aware of their value, their leadership strengths and weaknesses and then I work with everyone to improve their leadership skills in real-time.
