For 30 years, I’ve been building companies and consulting to companies from small consulting firms to Fortune 500 companies.
I founded 4 professional services firms and a SaaS company and I’ve had 2 successful exits.
Through most of my career I focused on improving business processes and increasing efficiencies via software projects.
7 years ago, I realized that all the process improvements in the world can’t fix a broken team. And that teams are made up of people.
I realized that people are complex, but that we also share a common set of needs. We need to be seen and heard, we need to feel valued and have a sense of purpose, and we need community.
In 2016 I began to study people and leadership and founded a group coaching program called Project Elevate with a mission to elevate project managers to project leaders.
I discovered the difference between Management and Leadership.
I declared that leadership can be a spiritual practice because we have to become more of our true selves and allow space to allow our team to be their true selves too. Leadership is connection.
There are many other consultants and coaches who specialize in helping you increase sales, put processes in place, keep better financial records and get your business equipped to sell. I can help with these things too.
Where I’m different is that my focus on people and team can help you fall in love with yourself, your team, your business, and your life so that you will be in choice to keep it or sell it.
